Gambas al Ajillo: Shrimps in hot garlic oil, served with baguette

Ensalada “Hazienda”: Mixed green salad with roasted shrimps and roast pine nuts, served in a crunchy wheat tortilla bowl
Fajita, an originally Texan national meal, is descended from the Spanish "Falditas" (small pieces) and is a prescription of the Chicago cowboys of the 19th century. Bite-size cut meat, roasted with onions, paprika stripes and fresh vegetables, served in the hot pan, is rolled with Guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese in warm wheat tortillas and is eaten by hand.
